Darko Lukić, CEO Nelt Group, and Marina Bulut, CEO BFF, addressed the audience, while the session was hosted by Ivan Janjić, HR Manager.
It was highlighted that, despite a challenging year, continuous improvement of processes, technologies, and capacities – and above all, the exceptional dedication of all our employees – enabled us to achieve significant results, including revenue growth.
“In the next five years, we expect Baby Food Factory to record revenue growth above the Nelt Group average,” said Darko, emphasizing the increasingly important contribution of BFF to the development of the newAscend2030 strategy.
Marina spoke about the five-year plan and the key initiatives for 2026. She also used the opportunity to express her gratitude to all our employees, emphasizing that expertise, commitment, and the willingness to step outside the comfort zone are what distinguish our people at BFF.
“Next year will require us to be agile, efficient, and disciplined in executing what we have clearly defined. We believe in the goal because we have a team that knows how to make a real difference,” Marina emphasized, adding that during 2025, significant efforts were invested in creating the foundation for the next chapter and a strong upward trajectory in the years ahead.
The event concluded with the presentation of acknowledgments to colleagues who stood out in living our values through their everyday work.
